West Japan Sales Office in Yodoyabashi, Osaka
IWITH Robotics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") will open a West Japan Sales Office in Yodoyabashi, Osaka, effective September 1, 2026.
Through this new office, we will strengthen sales activities as well as customer implementation support in the Kansai region and broader western Japan, aiming to further promote the adoption of cleaning robots.
■ Background of the West Japan Sales Office Opening
In recent years, the cleaning industry has faced growing labor shortages and an increasing need for operational efficiency. Demand for cleaning robots is rising across commercial facilities, office buildings, hotels, stores, public facilities, and other sites.
While the Company has provided cleaning robots to customers nationwide with Tokyo as its main base, we have decided to establish a new sales office in Osaka to further accelerate business expansion in western Japan.
From this base, we will strengthen collaboration with customers and sales partners in Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa, and other regions, delivering community-focused sales and implementation support.
■ Main Roles of the West Japan Sales Office
The West Japan Sales Office will focus on the following initiatives to expand business in western Japan.
・Sales activities for cleaning robots in western Japan
・Product briefings and implementation proposals for customers
・Proof-of-concept (PoC) trials and demonstrations at stores and facilities
・Post-implementation operational and technical support
・Strengthening collaboration with sales partners
・Proposing products and services tailored to regional cleaning challenges and needs
